My
Story
In Honor of Food
My love for food began long before I entered the world of nutrition. Growing up, our kitchen was a place where whole, simple foods were prepared regularly. That foundation shaped how I viewed nourishment and set me on this path.
In graduate school, I immersed myself in the chemistry of food and the intricate ways nutrients communicate with the body. Many years later, a leukemia diagnosis in my family revealed food’s deeper capacity to support healing and strength—showing me just how truly remarkable the human body is.
Through research, trial, and lived experience, I came to understand that food is so much more than fuel. Quality, nutrient-dense foods have the power to nourish not only the body, but also the mind and soul. Today, I am passionate about the healing potential of whole foods and the role they play in holistic wellness. My work is rooted in the belief that true nourishment is multidimensional—supporting clarity, resilience, and a deep sense of well-being.
